About The Position
Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Food Service Associate to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The associate is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of shift duties, including delivering exceptional customer service, producing deli items, operating and maintaining deli equipment safely, and following food service and health regulations. The position offers a stated pay range of $16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. A $300 sign-on bonus is eligible. Responsibilities
- Perform job duties with a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing deli customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and issues and escalate situations beyond the associate’s authority.
- Perform job duties in accordance with company policies.
- Comply with safety rules and reinforce them with other deli associates.
- Keep the deli clean and compliant with state and company health guidelines.
- Produce deli items and operate and maintain deli equipment safely.
- Support the proper and efficient operation of shift duties.
