About The Position

MotoMart operates more than 80 convenience stores across the Midwest, providing fast and friendly service and creating welcoming neighborhood destinations. Convenience Store Associates support customers and daily store operations, including sales, stocking, food preparation, and maintaining clean and organized interior and exterior areas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Complete sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Stock shelves and coolers, and ensure pricing and labels are correct.
• Keep the store clean and organized and maintain a professional personal appearance.
• Clean floors, restrooms, and counters, and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Keep exterior areas clean by removing litter, handling fuel spills, and emptying trash.
• Prepare quality food items in accordance with kitchen safety protocols.
• Assist with other functions, such as car wash, gaming rooms, and drive-throughs, if applicable.
