About The Position

MotoMart operates more than 80 convenience stores across the Midwest and aims to provide fast, friendly service while creating welcoming neighborhood destinations. The Convenience Store Associate serves customers, completes sales transactions, stocks and maintains merchandise, keeps the store and surrounding areas clean, and prepares food according to kitchen safety protocols. Associates may also help with car wash, gaming room, and drive-through functions when applicable.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Accurately complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Stock shelves and coolers and ensure correct pricing and label placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and professional personal appearance.
• Clean floors, restrooms, and counters, and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Keep exterior areas clean by removing litter, handling fuel spills, and emptying trash.
• Prepare quality food items in compliance with kitchen safety protocols.
• Assist with other functions such as car wash, gaming rooms, and drive-throughs, if applicable.
