About The Position

MotoMart operates more than 80 convenience stores across the Midwest, providing fast, friendly service for customers’ everyday needs. Guided by a mission of convenience and community, the company aims to create welcoming neighborhood destinations. The Convenience Store Associate provides customer service, processes sales, stocks merchandise, prepares food, and helps maintain store and exterior cleanliness. Associates may also assist with car wash, gaming room, or drive-through functions when applicable.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Accurately complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Stock shelves and coolers, and ensure correct pricing and label placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and a professional personal appearance.
• Clean floors, restrooms, and counters, and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Keep exterior areas clean, remove litter, handle fuel spills, and empty trash.
• Prepare quality food items in compliance with kitchen safety protocols.
• Assist with other functions, such as car wash, gaming rooms, and drive-throughs, if applicable.
