Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver gigawatts of compute faster than anyone else. The Capacity Delivery Team is responsible for the technical execution of building data centers, from initial drawings to energized sites, in months rather than years. This involves engineering data centers that can be built rapidly, ensuring problems are caught early in the design phase, and implementing lessons learned into a reference design for scalable deployment. The team operates with extreme ownership, velocity, first principles thinking, and a passion for the problem space. The Controls Field Engineer will be the on-site controls engineering representative, responsible for verifying installations, supporting point-to-point testing, and resolving integration issues at the operational level. This role requires daily inspection of controls installations (panels, wiring, instruments) against design specifications, supporting and resolving discrepancies during point-to-point and functional testing, and maintaining the accuracy of the field points database by documenting all changes and deviations.
