Content Marketing Manager

Fooda•Chicago, IL
•$90,000 - $110,000

About The Position

Fooda is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead its content program and, over time, the team that produces it. The role focuses on workplace food programs serving employers and buildings, with buyers including HR and people leaders, workplace experience and facilities teams, corporate real estate, office managers, procurement, and building owners. The Content Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP of Marketing and partners with them on content strategy. The initial months focus on learning Fooda’s products, customers, and market; building relationships across Sales and the business; writing content; shaping strategy; and collaborating with internal writers and freelance contributors. The role will assume direct management of the content team—three internal writers and freelance writers—after an initial ramp-up period. The manager will own the editorial calendar and lead content that generates demand, equips Sales, and builds Fooda’s market authority.
