About The Position

Sortly is seeking a hands-on, experienced Content Marketing Manager to join its Organic Marketing team. The role turns content strategy into high-quality programs across the blog, email, organic social, and other priority initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Organic Marketing, the manager will help lead Sortly’s content marketing and build visibility across traditional SEO, AI-driven search, and owned channels. The position owns day-to-day content planning and production and manages agency and freelance partners. The manager will lead editorial planning and production, develop authoritative and differentiated content—including proprietary research and benchmark studies, data-rich editorial, competitive content, customer stories, and demand-generation assets—and transform proprietary data, customer stories, and product messaging into compelling editorial. The role also works closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Data, and other teams on integrated campaigns, product initiatives, and cross-functional priorities. Responsibilities span content marketing and SEO, ownership of the weekly Inventory Insider newsletter, and planning and execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. The role uses performance data to optimize content and channels and develops AI-assisted workflows that support efficient production without compromising quality or brand voice.

  • Experience using AI tools to improve content research, creation, optimization, or production workflows.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, data, and subject-matter expertise into clear, compelling content.
