About The Position

Greenboard is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own their content strategy from end to end. The goal is to establish Greenboard as a trusted source for clear thinking on regulation, technology, and modern compliance practices. This role involves close collaboration with founders, Sales, Product, and the Events Marketing Manager, with a focus on generating pipeline through content. The manager will be responsible for various content initiatives, including LinkedIn organic posts, thought leadership articles, customer stories, podcast production, newsletter management, product launch content, sales enablement materials, event-driven content, SEO foundations, and supporting paid campaigns. Greenboard is a fast-growing company backed by top-tier investors, providing the AI-native compliance operating system for financial institutions. They aim to replace fragmented legacy tools and automate compliance processes, reducing regulatory risk and modernizing operations.

Requirements

  • Able to work from the office in NoMad, NYC 5 days a week.
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing.
  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates writing and shipping content independently.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex, technical, or regulatory ideas into clear and engaging content.
  • Comfortable writing in a founder's voice as well as the company's voice.
  • Experience across multiple content formats: long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, email, scripts, and sales collateral.
  • Experience running an editorial calendar and maintaining consistent output without sacrificing quality.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content distribution.
  • Comfortable tying content performance to engagement, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Strong interviewing and editing skills to extract compelling stories from customers and subject matter experts.
  • Hustle, resourcefulness, and ownership suitable for an early-stage startup.

  • Experience writing for financial services, fintech, compliance, legal, or another regulated industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own LinkedIn organic strategy, shipping 3-5 posts per week across company and executive channels to grow engagement and generate sales conversations.
  • Build a thought leadership program including articles, guides, regulatory explainers, and opinion pieces on the future of compliance.
  • Run the customer story engine, from sourcing and interviewing to publishing multi-format assets like case studies, quotes, videos, social posts, and sales one-pagers.
  • Produce and grow the company podcast, managing guest sourcing, preparation, episode packaging, and clipping content for distribution.
  • Own the newsletter, including editorial calendar, writing, list growth, and performance tracking.
  • Write product launch content such as messaging, one-pagers, decks, emails, and website copy, and partner with Product on roadmap communications.
  • Build sales and partner enablement kits, including one-pagers, decks, case studies, demo scripts, and a maintained partner toolkit.
  • Transform events into content by collaborating with the Events Marketing Manager on webinar topics, speaker content, and post-event recaps.
  • Establish SEO foundations, including keyword research, pillar pages, and a publishing cadence that drives compounding results and earns links.
  • Supply creative and copy for paid campaigns and landing pages, and track content's impact on meetings and pipeline.
