As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality content across various channels, including campaigns, web, email, social media, customer stories, thought leadership, and sales enablement initiatives. You will own and manage the day-to-day U.S. social content calendar, with a strong emphasis on driving engagement through LinkedIn. Your role will involve developing content that supports demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), customer growth initiatives, and Microsoft alliance programs. You will interview subject-matter experts, executives, customers, and partners to uncover insights and transform them into compelling, audience-focused stories. A key aspect of this role is building executive thought leadership and social content that reflects an authentic individual voice rather than generic corporate messaging. You will partner with campaign and industry teams to translate complex Microsoft, AI, business applications, and transformation topics into clear, market-facing narratives. Repurposing long-form content and strategic assets into various formats to maximize reach and impact, supporting customer storytelling efforts and case studies that showcase measurable business outcomes, and thoughtfully leveraging AI tools to accelerate content development while maintaining strong editorial standards are also core responsibilities. You will monitor content and social performance metrics and apply insights to strengthen future content strategies and execution, ensuring all content aligns with HSO’s brand, messaging, and editorial guidelines.
