  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product, and conduct research when needed, to make talks insightful, accurate, and grounded in relevant product capabilities, customer examples, and evidence.
  • Interview speakers and subject-matter experts to draw out their expertise and turn complex material into a clear story with useful audience takeaways.

  • Own content workback plans for assigned sessions, coordinating contributors, reviews, approvals, and rehearsals with Events and production partners, and raising risks early.
  • Adapt event material into reusable presentations, webinar content, and follow-up assets, working with channel owners to extend its value beyond the live event.
  • Use audience questions, session feedback, and speaker debriefs to improve future talks, and maintain reusable briefs, presentation templates, and approved examples for the team.
