Requirements

• Several years of experience in content management, ideally in the website or online marketing environment.
• Ability to write precisely, target-group-oriented, and with a good sense for tonality, structure, and user needs.
• Ability to present complex and explanatory topics in an understandable and user-oriented manner.
• Good basic understanding of SEO and ideally GEO, and the ability to independently translate corresponding briefings into high-quality content.
• Experience in UX, conversion, or advertising copywriting, as well as in the independent development and prioritization of content topics is a plus.
• Ability to keep an overview even with multiple parallel topics and formats, work in a structured and proactive manner.
• Willingness to actively use AI-supported tools and automated workflows for your work.
• Native-level German and English at least at B2 level.
• Interest in renewable energies and a desire to make a concrete contribution to the energy transition through your work.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to our website content: write and optimize texts, contribute your own ideas for layout and copy, and elevate our pages to a new conversion level.
• Use your sense for language and user guidance to get more out of existing content and proactively develop our content strategy.
• Work closely with our SEO team and colleagues who will build AI tools and automated workflows for you.
• Manage website content: You are responsible for the continuous maintenance and further development of our existing website content and create new pages in close cooperation with the SEO team.
• Write and optimize content: You write understandable, convincing, and target-group-oriented texts and implement SEO and GEO briefings so that readability and findability work optimally together.
• Shape UX & Conversion: You further develop UX copy for existing pages and contribute your own ideas for copy and layout. You work closely with the conversion optimization team and develop texts for their hypotheses and tests.
• Develop content beyond the website: You create and revise other formats such as emails, flyers, and offer PDFs, take over proofreading, and update existing content – also taking into account external requirements such as EmpCo guidelines.
• Utilize AI & Automation: You use AI tools and automated workflows developed for you by our team to create, update, and scale content more efficiently. You actively contribute your practical perspective to their further development.
