About The Position

As a Producer (m/f/d), you are an integral part of our production team, ensuring that our projects run smoothly from calculation and crew planning to the final call sheet. With organizational talent, negotiation skills, and a keen sense for people and budgets, you successfully bring creative productions to life. This role involves responsibility for the calculation of productions and their organizational and commercial implementation. You will create project timelines to ensure a smooth workflow with the internal team, freelancers, and clients. Your duties include general administrative tasks and research, crew planning and coordination, and the creation of call sheets, talent contracts, bookings, and all other elements necessary for a successful production.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in advertising film production.
• High self-motivation and negotiation skills.
• Team player with a passion for organization.
• Very good German language skills.
• Conversational English language skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in event planning.
