About The Position

As a Full Service Social Media Agency with a strategic focus, we support our B2B & B2B2C clients from their initial presence to the integration of social media as a fixed component of their corporate DNA. We deliver measurable and value-adding results from the outset, giving selected partners a clear competitive advantage. We excite clients from the industries of Industry, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Finance, IT & eCommerce, as well as the public sector. We are looking for a Junior Video Producer & Content Creator (m/f/d) to join our team.

Requirements

• First relevant professional experience from an agency in video editing, graphic design, and social content production.
• Good intuition and understanding of short social media formats, Reels, and vlogs, as well as camera work, visual composition, and storytelling.
• Independent work, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enthusiasm for social media, content creation, and digital trends, as well as motivation, initiative, communication skills, team spirit, and humor.
• Very good German and at least good English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Independent development and implementation of social-first video formats, especially editing and post-production for client projects.
• Preparation, execution, and implementation of shoots and support with operational tasks on-site (nationwide).
• Confident use and further development of skills in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as other relevant creative tools.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from creation, paid, consulting, and management – hands-on and always on an equal footing.
• Creation of behind-the-scenes, vlog, and social media content for our own marketing, as well as proactive capturing of exciting situations in agency life with a camera or smartphone.
• Participation in graphic design tasks and creative content projects.
• You will learn professional multi-project management, how to use modern tools (especially AI), and develop step by step.
• You will develop your personal social DNA by actively shaping our dynamic growth.
