About The Position
Hasana is looking for a Volunteer Event Content Creator to capture both photo and video content during our events. This role is essential in documenting the energy, community, and impact of our work on the ground and within the community. You’ll play a key role in visually telling the story of Hasana, capturing moments that can later be transformed into powerful content for social media and outreach.
Requirements
- Ability to attend events in person
- Experience with photography and/or videography (camera or smartphone)
- Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and composition
Nice To Haves
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Passion for community work and storytelling
- Access to a DSLR/mirrorless camera or high-quality smartphone
- Ability to capture both candid and structured moments
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during Hasana events
- Document key moments, speakers, and community interactions
- Ensure footage is clear, stable, and usable for editing
- Organize and deliver raw files promptly after events
- Coordinate with the team on content priorities for each event
