About The Position

This is an 18-month trainee program with the clear goal of transitioning into a permanent position. The program focuses on building and developing relevant social content competencies. You will support the development and implementation of social-first video formats, with a particular emphasis on editing and post-production for client projects. You will also assist with shoots and operational tasks on-site across Germany. The role involves working with DaVinci Resolve and the Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as other creative tools. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (creation, paid media, consulting, management) on an equal footing. Additionally, you will create behind-the-scenes, vlog, and social media content for the company's own marketing efforts, proactively capturing interesting moments in the agency's daily life with a camera or smartphone. You will also contribute to graphic design tasks and creative content projects. Throughout the program, you will learn professional multi-project management, gain experience with modern tools (especially AI), and develop your skills step by step. You will also develop your personal social media expertise by actively contributing to the company's dynamic growth.

Requirements

• First relevant professional experience related to video editing, graphic design, and social content production (e.g., through internships, working student positions, self-employment, etc.).
• Good understanding of short social media formats, Reels, and vlogs, as well as camera work, visual composition, and storytelling.
• Independent work ethic, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enthusiasm for social media, content creation, and digital trends.
• Motivation, initiative, strong communication skills, team spirit, and humor.
• Very good German and at least good English language skills (written and spoken).
