About The Position

You want to build organic visibility that reliably works in Google as well as in AI answer systems? Then take over the further development of our SEO and GEO strategy at auxmoney and implement it end-to-end. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders, make data-based priorities, and coordinate strategic guidelines and directional decisions closely with your lead. The goal is a measurably stronger presence of the auxmoney brand and entity in search engines, AI answers, and relevant external sources.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in SEO, ideally as an SEO Manager.
Very good understanding of search intent, content strategy, and on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
Practical experience with GEO, AI Search, or optimizing visibility in AI-supported search systems.
Familiarity with common SEO, GEO, and web analytics tools, and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actions.
Understanding of the importance of LLMs, entities, knowledge graphs, and external brand signals for SEO and GEO.
Structured, data-driven work approach and pragmatic implementation of topics.
Ability to independently prioritize measures, implement them, and continuously evaluate their impact.
Monitor the development of search engines and AI-driven search systems and derive concrete recommendations from them.
Negotiation-proof German (C2) and very good English (B2) communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop the SEO and GEO strategy for auxmoney and implement it independently.
Identify potentials in classic and AI-supported search systems and derive concrete measures from them.
Create and optimize SEO and GEO-relevant content such as websites, blog posts, and landing pages.
Conduct keyword, search intent, SERP, prompt, and competitor analyses and translate results into clear priorities.
Implement on-page measures, for example in the areas of page structure, internal linking, content, snippets, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic and performance, as well as brand mentions and source references in AI-generated answers.
Strengthen the visibility of the auxmoney brand and entity in search engines, AI answers, and relevant external sources.
