About The Position

The Construction Laborer assists with safe and effective bathroom installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The installer loads materials and trucks at the warehouse, travels to customers’ homes, removes existing bath or shower fixtures, installs new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, and updates plumbing when needed. The installer cleans the work area, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols to perform installations safely and effectively.
• Clean the work area thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
