About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Construction Laborer to assist with safe and effective bathroom installations, follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, and provide customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. Work begins at the warehouse, where the employee loads materials and trucks, and continues at customer homes. Installations may involve removing an existing bath or shower, installing a new tub or pan and wall surround, and updating plumbing when needed. Employees clean the work area, handle paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
