About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler to assist with residential bathroom remodeling installations. The Installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols to help ensure safe, effective work and provide customers with a 5-star experience. The role includes paid training and is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing when needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols during installations.
