About The Position

The Installer assists with safe and effective residential remodeling installations in accordance with Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role involves preparing materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing and replacing bath or shower fixtures, cleaning the work area, and completing job paperwork and payment collection. Paid training and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Valid smartphone or smart device to access Company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Thoroughly clean the work area and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Perform installations safely and effectively according to Company SOPs and PPE protocol, while providing a five-star customer experience.
