About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Construction Laborer to assist with safe and effective home-improvement installations while following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role includes helping install bathroom products and providing customers with a 5-star experience. Work is based in Nashville, Tennessee, with a Monday-Friday schedule and a 6:30 AM start time. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of customers’ homes.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
