About The Position

The Construction Laborer assists with safe and effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role involves reporting to the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing bath or shower fixtures, and installing new tubs or pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated if needed. The employee cleans the work area, handles paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing bath or shower installations.
• Install a new tub or pan and wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
