About The Position

This position maintains the cleanliness of the construction site and completes minor punch-out work under the supervision of the construction management team. The role includes maintaining the job site, performing yard duties, and completing minor warranty and construction-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
• A minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, initiative, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete minor punch-out tasks involving warranty, framing, paint, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar work as assigned.
