About The Position
This position maintains the cleanliness of the construction site and completes minor punch-out tasks under the supervision of the construction management team. The role includes keeping the job site clean, performing yard duties such as watering grass and pulling weeds, and completing minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.
- At least one year of relevant construction assistant experience.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
- Perform yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.
- Complete minor punch-out tasks for warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar work as assigned.
