About The Position

Southwest Construction is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team! The ideal applicant will have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to be a team player. Additionally, the applicant should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Dispatching role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Dispatching role
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Problem Sensitivity - ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
• Provide accurate and timely information to management
• Basic computer competencies & Microsoft office

Nice To Haves

• Spanish Speaking highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional manner
• Coordinate schedule with the customer, sales, and field personnel
• Verifying schedule with customers daily
• Coordinate delays in schedule with customers, sales, and field personnel
• Work with the sales team to provide excellent service to our customer
• Distribute supplies to field personnel as needed
• Will be on-call after normal business hours 1 week/Month
