About The Position
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and is singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This role will coordinate tenant improvement construction at the factory, acting as the daily interface between Fluidstack's teams and the general contractor. The coordinator will track construction against the production ramp, manage the punch and turnover process, and handle the paperwork spine including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Requirements
- Coordinated commercial or industrial construction from the owner or GC side.
- Managed TI work inside an operating facility without stopping production.
- Keep RFI and submittal logs current enough to run the job from.
- Walk the site daily and your punch lists close.
- Escalate schedule threats with evidence and options.

- Manufacturing fit-outs.
- Procore or equivalent.
- Permitting basics.
- MEP coordination.
Responsibilities
