This role involves advising and supporting managers in the application of company policies and procedures, offering expertise in labor relations management, and guiding managers in the interpretation and application of provincial jurisdiction. The advisor will also assist managers with disciplinary actions, including investigations, disciplinary meetings, and drafting disciplinary measures. Collaboration with the labor relations team is key, as is supporting directors and managers in resolving HR-related issues. The role also includes developing tools to improve HR management practices and offering support to managers and employees in areas such as consulting, training, and special projects.
