About The Position

Structube is seeking an HR Advisor specializing in Employee Experience. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role is key in evolving the company's culture. The mission is to design and deploy innovative initiatives to optimize the talent journey from head office to store teams, acting as a bridge between HR and retail operations to ensure a consistent and inspiring experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, with demonstrated expertise in managing and deploying HR projects.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Essential bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite.

Previous experience in the retail sector is an asset.

Responsibilities

Pilot and modernize recognition programs (daily appreciation, service anniversary celebrations, etc.).
Optimize the onboarding process for new talent at head office and stores to ensure successful immersion in the Structube culture.
Collaborate in the organization of corporate events and social activities to energize life at head office.
Actively participate in the annual performance review cycle and propose improvements to existing processes to make them more agile and human.
Collaborate in the management and promotion of employee benefit programs.
Create relevant training content and support sales teams in adopting new HR programs and processes.
Act as a resource person for retail operations to support leadership and skills development in stores.
