About The Position

The CONNECT Platform Manager is a foundational commercial role driving growth of AVEVA’s CONNECT platform. This early member of the CONNECT commercial team develops and executes sales and adoption strategies that deliver customer value and annual recurring revenue (ARR) outcomes. The role combines enterprise account executive responsibilities—including prospecting, opportunity shaping, and closing—with customer success activities such as onboarding support, stakeholder enablement, and usage expansion. It is suited to an enterprise consultative SaaS or Cloud seller who can build customer relationships, increase platform usage, and inform go-to-market playbooks. The position reports to the Director of CONNECT Platform Commercial Strategy. The role owns commercial outcomes for a portfolio of target accounts, including pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and ARR achievement. It identifies use-case-driven opportunities, engages technical and business stakeholders, and drives new platform deals with a land-and-expand focus. It also supports onboarding and customer success planning, monitors product usage, addresses adoption risks, and helps customers realize value. Customer feedback informs CONNECT’s product-market fit, commercial model, onboarding approaches, pricing, support, and future go-to-market playbooks. This position offers the opportunity to help build the commercial motion for a strategic platform initiative, work with executive and global teams, and directly influence strategy. The role may develop toward leadership in Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, or Platform Strategy. AVEVA works in a hybrid model; most roles are based at a local office with an expectation of being onsite 50% of working hours. The specific arrangement for this position will be confirmed during hiring. Salary range: $218,700 to $364,700, with final compensation varying based on work location, experience, skills, and relevant education or training.
