About The Position

The position calls for a hospitality-focused leader and natural salesperson with expertise in Catering & Events, strong communication skills, and a record of engaging guests and team members and delivering financial performance. The schedule is flexible and includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of similar work experience.
• Passion for hospitality and food and beverage.
• Expertise in Catering & Events.
• Strong leadership and sales ability.
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
