About The Position

Sinai Residences is seeking a part-time Concierge to provide five-star hotel-quality service to residents in its luxury senior living community in Boca Raton, Florida. The Concierge anticipates residents’ needs, offers prompt solutions, and personalizes services to meet each resident’s specific needs. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., as written in the posting.

Requirements

• Two years of hospitality or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Higher education and vocational training in the hospitality industry are desired.
• Good geographic knowledge of surrounding areas is strongly preferred.
• Awareness of cultural events.
• Computer knowledge, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfort using various applications at the same time.
• A Level II background check is required; employment is contingent upon successfully completing the screening.
