About The Position

The Concierge/Lounge Attendant supports the executive lounge at the Omaha Marriott Downtown by engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The role helps deliver personalized service and a comfortable, first-class guest experience in a downtown Omaha hotel. It also includes replenishing food and beverages and completing general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards. The description notes that duties may include other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, including those requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, gather accurate information, and resolve conflicts.
Ability to listen effectively and speak and write English clearly.
Ability to access and accurately use a moderately complex computer system.
Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform essential job functions.
Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests, identify their needs, and provide personalized service.
Respond accurately to inquiries about hotel services, events, and VIPs.
Make decisions and resolve guest issues immediately.
