About The Position

The Concierge is part of the Guest Services team and helps guests plan their stay, discover experiences, and learn about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. The role requires an engaging personality, sincere interest in guests, and a commitment to creating memorable impressions and “WOW” experiences. The position offers an opportunity to grow a career in hospitality at a world-class property.

The scheduled hours are 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day. This is a mid-shift position, with flexibility required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and taking a sincere interest in them.
• Establish relationships with local-area restaurants, shops, and attractions.
• Resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things are not quite right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact professionally with hotel and resort staff, providing other departments with necessary information.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
