About The Position

Clearwater at Rancharrah, a luxury senior living community in Reno, is hiring a part-time Concierge. The Concierge is the first point of contact for visitors and helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This role greets visitors, answers and routes phone calls, relays messages, provides high-quality customer service, and performs administrative duties to support multiple departments. The Concierge is also a key point of contact during community emergencies. The schedule is Friday and Saturday.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or a related field.
Current First Aid, CPR, or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Keep the front entrance, lobby, and reception areas neat, clean, and organized to present a professional first impression.
Welcome people to the community by standing to greet them and offering assistance.
Answer, transfer, and deliver phone messages using a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor visitors, ask them to sign in and out of the logbook, and immediately report suspicious people or activity to a supervisor.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Accept and report residents’ special requests.
Maintain the community lost-and-found system.
Order and replenish administrative supplies as needed.
Support the Executive Director and other departments with administrative functions as needed.
Maintain and check off meal attendance tracking forms, alerting staff about needed room services or residents who have not attended meals.
Ensure regulatory compliance and immediately report issues or concerns.
Follow Clearwater Living standards and policies to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates.
Maintain a positive, professional image and high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values each day.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required.
