About The Position

The Concierge welcomes and directs visitors, manages incoming phone calls, responds to questions and concerns from residents and family members, handles emergency situations appropriately, and maintains the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area. The position is part-time and scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technology skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with potential residents, current residents, family members, and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an office environment, answering phones, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to questions and concerns from residents and family members.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
