About The Position

The Concierge at Creekside Continuing Care creates a welcoming environment and contributes to the community’s culture. The role builds relationships with residents and their families and supports other departments. Duties include greeting visitors, answering calls and delivering messages, helping prepare for tours and admissions, managing records and payroll processes, and processing accounts receivable and payable. The Concierge promotes Cascade Living’s mission, values, and beliefs. The position is part-time, pays $17.13–$19.13 per hour depending on experience, and requires weekend availability. A Food Handlers Permit is required.

Requirements

Food Handlers Permit.
Effective communication with staff, residents, and their families.
Reliable transportation and dependability in arriving on time.
An ownership attitude and ability to prioritize and remain focused despite interruptions.
Compassion and the ability to represent the community positively and professionally.
Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests who come to the door and potentially coordinate with Sales to prepare for upcoming tours.
Answer incoming calls and deliver messages.
Demonstrate organizational skills in time management.
Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
Manage, maintain, and process payroll.
Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations.
Process accounts receivable and payable.
Ensure brochures and move-in packets are available for tours and admissions.
Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living.
Help other departments in a variety of ways.
