About The Position

The Concierge greets and directs visitors, manages incoming phone calls, responds to questions and concerns from residents and family members, handles emergency situations appropriately, and helps maintain a clean front lobby and entrance area. The role is part-time and scheduled for Sunday, Monday, and as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technology skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with potential residents, current residents, family members, and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an office environment, answering phones, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to questions and concerns from residents and family members.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
