About The Position
Parc at Piedmont, a Sonida Senior Living community in Marietta, Georgia, is seeking a Concierge. The community provides independent living and assisted living. The role provides front-desk support by answering and directing telephone calls, greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming mail and express deliveries, and resolving customer questions and concerns. Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate individual; provide information such as the community address, directions, fax numbers, website, and related details.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate place in the community.
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services, including FedEx and UPS.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns.
