About The Position

Planned Lifestyle Services is hiring a motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Concierge to welcome tenants, guests, and vendors and help ensure they have a positive experience. The role includes providing individualized service based on tenants’ personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations, as well as offering information and assistance with local services and attractions. The position is on call for swing and graveyard schedules in San Francisco, California, and pays $28.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and announce tenants, guests, and vendors and provide directions when they enter the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, providing individualized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals and help people access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
