About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Guest Services team as a Concierge. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable impression for guests by assisting with the planning of their stay. The Concierge serves as the primary source of knowledge for guests regarding the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people from all over the world, making meaningful connections, and going the extra mile to "WOW" guests. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Advanced knowledge of the local area
• Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed
