About The Position

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Concierge to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. The role involves providing extraordinary service, representing the community, and helping each person feel important and welcome. The Concierge will also have opportunities to build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to a positive senior-living community. The ideal candidate is kind, patient, highly organized, and committed to excellent service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a concierge.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Interested in learning and growing their skill set.
• Kind, patient, and committed to providing extraordinary service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first impression and point of contact for the community.
• Provide extraordinary service to residents, family members, and visitors.
• Represent the community and its operating principles positively.
