About The Position

Aegis Living Carmichael is hiring a part-time Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and families. The role has a consistent schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Concierge welcomes and directs visitors, residents, families, and employees; handles phone calls and front-desk duties; coordinates appointments and outings with Care and Nursing Staff; and supports the Marketing Department and Office Manager. The role requires familiarity with the community layout and employees’ responsibilities. Aegis Living is a national provider of retirement, assisted living, and memory care services, with an emphasis on health, quality of life, well-being, and community. The listed pay is $19.00 per hour.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Receptionist or Concierge and/or in a supervisory role.
