About The Position

Planned Companies is hiring a Concierge to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for tenants, guests, and vendors while supporting the presentation and safety of the property. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, building relationships with tenants, coordinating requested services and activities, and helping people access local services and attractions.

The posted schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of front desk or concierge experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate good time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, providing individualized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide directions and referrals and help people access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Maintain and control keys and access cards.
