About The Position

Scully is hiring a Concierge to provide residents with attentive customer service and represent the Scully brand. The role calls for an outgoing, polished, well-organized, and energetic person who can make a strong first impression, communicate clearly, and respond to resident needs with a can-do, problem-solving attitude.

The Concierge provides information about community amenities and services, recommends nearby attractions and activities, helps arrange reservations and tickets, and books transportation for residents upon request. The role also supports special events, gathers details about resident requests, and communicates those requests to appropriate managers. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The stated pay is $18–$19 per hour, and the posting offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about community amenities and services.
• Recommend local attractions, services, and activities at or near the community.
• Assist guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions as requested.
• Book transportation for residents when requested.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Help coordinate special events.
• Obtain details about residents’ special requests and communicate them to appropriate managers.
• Represent the Scully brand and resolve resident issues with a can-do, problem-solving attitude.
