About The Position

Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge for luxury communities in the Washington, DC 20008 area. The role focuses on residential hospitality, providing excellent member service, maintaining professional relationships, solving problems, and running the front desk efficiently. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and Monday and Tuesday from 12 AM to 8 AM. Pay is $20.00 per hour. A detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process. Requirements and duties may be modified or waived by the Company in its sole discretion without notice.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with people.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple functions at the same time.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services.
• Flexible with open availability; schedules include weekends, and flexibility is required to assist with around-the-clock coverage.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and reference check upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with communities of 250 or more units is desirable.
• Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, or similar systems is preferred.
