About The Position
The Weekend Concierge works at The Waterford at Shavano Park, a Sonida Senior Living assisted living and memory care community in San Antonio, Texas. The role is scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and provides reception and customer service support to residents, visitors, callers, and the community team. The position answers and directs telephone calls, greets and directs visitors, handles incoming mail and express deliveries, and resolves customer questions and concerns.
Requirements

- Be a dependable and responsible member of the greater team.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate individual; provide information such as the community address, directions, fax numbers, website, and related details.
- Greet visitors and direct them within the community.
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns.
