About The Position

We are currently hiring an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Caregiver for our Lawrenceville, Georgia location. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, providing quality care, and making a positive difference in clients' lives. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience, a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing safe and respectful care.

Requirements

At least 3 years of caregiving experience is required.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and care plans.
Must meet applicable background check and hiring requirements.
Driver's License
Social Security Card
Negative TB test results
CPR/First Aid Certificate
Car Insurance

Responsibilities

Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility, walking, transferring, and positioning, as appropriate to the client's care plan.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed.
Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care, including tidying the living area and maintaining a clean environment.
Provide medication reminders, as authorized and permitted by applicable requirements.
Observe and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or daily needs.
Follow the client's care plan and all applicable safety and infection-control procedures.
Maintain client confidentiality and treat every client with respect and dignity.
Communicate professionally with the appropriate family members or care team.
