About The Position
OPS Security Group is hiring Front Desk Concierge Officers to work in fast-paced, professional environments. This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a calm, professional demeanor. As the first point of contact for many, you will play a vital role in ensuring safety, managing access, and delivering a great guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable using security technology (radios, tablets, cameras, etc.)
- Excellent de-escalation and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation (public or private)
- Ability to pass background screening, urinalysis, and required training
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, and/or front desk preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and tenants with professionalism
- Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
- Respond to emergencies and de-escalate conflicts
- Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activity
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Conduct periodic patrols as needed (foot or vehicle-based)
- Support building operations by communicating effectively with staff and management
- Represent OPS Security Group’s values at all times
