About The Position

SRG Residential is seeking an experienced customer service professional to work at Oak Creek Apartments, a 215-unit community in Palo Alto, California. The Concierge / Resident Services Coordinator creates personalized experiences for current and prospective residents, emphasizing care and convenience. The role supports resident engagement and satisfaction by addressing concerns, communicating community information, and planning resident events. The position requires relevant customer service and resident engagement experience, the ability to work independently, and availability for weekends and overtime as required.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or customer experience.
• Relevant experience.
• Experience with file audits, customer service, and resident engagement.
• Ability to pass a fair housing exam.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of property-level operations software, including Outlook, internet software, Excel, and Word.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide personalized service focused on care and convenience for prospective and current residents.
• Engage with residents, build positive ongoing relationships, and confirm their expectations are being met.
• Respond to resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, working toward a satisfactory resolution.
• Communicate community news and happenings to residents daily, weekly, or monthly through the computer portal and postings.
• Plan, promote, and deliver resident events and activities that provide value beyond residents’ apartment homes.
• Identify, communicate, and implement opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and service.
