About The Position
Heritage at The Plains, a Sonida Senior Living community in Oneonta, NY, is seeking a Concierge, Receptionist. The community provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The role provides front-desk support, customer service, and assistance to residents and visitors. The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and Sunday and Monday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The pay rate is $16–$17 per hour.
Requirements
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents.

Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate individual; provide information such as the community address, directions, fax numbers, website, and related details.
- Greet visitors and direct them within the community.
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services, including FedEx and UPS.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns.
